 Internship Programs for International Fellows
at the Association for Liberal Thinking

Association for Liberal Thinking offers internship opportunities for international fellows at its headquarters in Ankara. 

In one to two month internships, ALT provides alternative programs for the applicants regarding their experience, intellectual interests and career objectives.

Internship program might cover mainly two parts:

i. Intellectual development
- Do some readings and researches
- Write articles which would be evaluated to be improved
- Hear lectures on the institutions and values of  classical liberalism
- Getting free books and copies of ALT’s quarterly Liberal Thought and Market
- Receive guidance on resources
- Assisting to researchers
ii. Organizational development (This is due to the interest of the intern.)
- Receive guidance on
a. how to effectively disseminate ideas;
b. how to develop a student organization or
c. how to develop an independent senior organization
- Getting texts on those topics
- Assisting to staff to organize training programs or conferences

* Interns might be expected to do a few minor manual tasks like typing or photocopying.
* The interns are provided
- Office facilities; desk, and a computer with internet connection
- Free library
- Free accommodation in double-bed rooms (including breakfast) and lunch on weekdays
* No allowance is paid.
